I started a regime of walking while in France this past year.
It was just a leisure activity in the company of a new friend and I discovered and saw so much more of the surrounding countryside, hamlets and villages that we visited. I knew I needed to get more exercise and this seemed to fit the bill and I was also able to dabble in my new found hobby of photography. This blog will continue with photo "postcards" and stories of my day to day "Walk of Life".
