I do believe the weather has finally turned the corner and soon I will be able to walk the trails thru the golf course which will give me the practice needed to experience elevation changes.

The caminos on the pilgrimage walk to Compostela that I will soon be walking involves elevations to the heights of 774 meters, so it won't be all downhill!

Wow! Yesterday, I treated my feet to a pedicure with a parrafiin wax treatment. Awesome!

In February my salon/ spa had a contest and I was the lucky winner of a pedicure. 

Something that my overworked feet truly appreciated.
